About the Role
As Account Coordinator, you play a crucial role in keeping projects moving and clients happy. You’ll support the account team in managing timelines, communications, and deliverables across a wide range of creative projects. This role calls for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment and enjoys turning ideas into action. It’s ideal for someone with a bit of hands-on experience who’s ready to take the next step.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for small-scale projects (print, digital, social media).

Support the account team by scheduling meetings, prepping agendas, and taking notes.

Assist in the planning and execution of larger campaigns and multi-platform projects.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Help create client-ready documents, presentations, and reports.

Track project progress and flag issues early to keep everything on track.

Research tools, trends, and competitive activity to support strategies.

Jump in on project tasks like media planning and social coordination, as needed.

Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and good vibes across the board.

What You Bring

A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a marketing or client service role (agency experience is a plus).

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

A basic understanding of marketing and creative project workflows.

Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management apps.

An entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, can-do attitude.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for off-site meetings).

What you’ll receive

Annual salary range: $45,000-$50,000
